Description
The Butler Creek Flip-Open Scope Eyepiece Cover #20 is a black polymer lens cover that protects a rifle scope's ocular lens from dust, moisture and debris. A thumb-activated push button flips the cover open quickly, so the optic can be uncovered without removing the cover.
The cover is sized for an eyepiece tube with a 1.775 inch (45.1 mm) outside diameter and installs by slipping onto the tube. A friction mount and semi O-ring hold the cover in place and help seal out contaminants. Confirm the fit by measuring the eyepiece's outside diameter with calipers, since the cover is designed to sit slightly larger than the measured diameter.
