Description
The C&H Precision V4 is an optic mounting plate that converts Optic Ready FN 509, FN 510 and FN 545 slides to accept a Holosun 509T red dot sight. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodizing, which increases surface hardness and wear resistance.
The plate uses replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts to improve thread engagement and long-term retention of the optic. The kit includes one optic plate, two M3 plate mounting screws, two 4-40 mounting screws and two 416 stainless steel T-nuts, with the stainless steel mounting hardware supplied for installation. The plate is made in the USA.
