Description
The C&H Precision V4 is an optic mounting plate that converts Optic Ready FN 509, FN 510, and FN 545 slides to accept the Holosun EPS and EPS Carry red dot sight footprint. It is machined from 6061 aluminum for precise optic alignment and secure retention under recoil, and it is intended for defensive and competition use.
The plate uses replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts to maximize thread engagement. Its MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodized finish in black adds surface hardness and wear resistance.
The package includes one optic plate, two M3 plate mounting screws, two 4-40 mounting screws, and two 416 stainless steel T-nuts for a complete installation.
