Description
The Chiappa Rhino 30DSX is a six-shot double-action/single-action revolver chambered in 357 Magnum, with a stainless steel finish and a 3-inch barrel. Its bottom-feeding design fires from the lower part of the cylinder rather than the top, which places the bore axis closer to the shooter's hand to reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil.
The revolver uses an enclosed firing mechanism that can be fired single or double action, and the hammer is a cocking device rather than an exposed firing hammer. A cocked indicator shows hammer status. Sights are a fiber optic front and an adjustable rear. Steel construction is listed for the 30DSX model.
