Description
The Chiappa M1-22 Carbine is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle modeled on the USGI M1 Carbine and chambered in .22 LR. It is built to match the overall dimensions and handling of the original while offering the lower cost and mild recoil of .22 LR ammunition for plinking and training.
The rifle has an 18-inch barrel with a blued finish and a wood stock. Its sliding rear sight and winged front sight follow the original design, and the trigger group and safety are patterned after the M1 Carbine. A dovetail is machined on top of the front and rear receiver rings for optics mounting. Each rifle ships with a 10-round magazine. The stock is interchangeable with genuine M1 Carbine stocks.
