Description

The Chiappa 1892 Wildlands Takedown is a lever-action rifle chambered in .44 Magnum, built for hunting and field use where a compact, easily carried long gun is wanted. Its 16.5-inch barrel and 34.6-inch overall length keep handling quick, and the lever action supports fast follow-up shots.

The rifle has a steel receiver and barrel with a Cerakote dark gray finish for corrosion resistance. It uses a 5-round magazine tube and an ejector extraction system. The fixed fiber optic front sight pairs with a Skinner peep rear sight, and the barrel is threaded. The laminate stock and forend add strength. The weight is listed at 6.9 to 7 pounds.

The takedown design allows the rifle to be disassembled for carrying and storage. It is not optics ready. The model is offered for right-handed shooters.
