Description
The Christensen Arms MPR Rimfire is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .17 HMR, built on the Ruger 10/22 platform for shooters who want a lightweight, modern rimfire. Its adjustable tactical stock is paired with a carbon fiber handguard, and the receiver and metal are finished in Desert Brown Cerakote.
The rifle has a 16-inch threaded barrel with a 1-in-9 twist rate for use with .17 HMR ammunition. The barrel thread pitch is 1/2x28, which accepts muzzle devices such as suppressors. A 0 MOA Picatinny rail provides a mounting platform for optics, and the rifle ships without iron sights. It weighs 6.2 pounds and accepts Ruger 10/22 magazines with a 9-round capacity.
