Crickett My First Rifle Gen 2 22 LR 16.13" Single Shot Desert Storm Camo

Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 Features The Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 uses a single shot stainless steel barrel at 16.13 with a 1:16 twist chambered in .22 LR for a light-recoiling easy-to-manage first rifle. The drilled and tapped receiver allows for optics to be added as a young shooter progresses while the crossbolt safety offers a simple easy-to-understand manual safety for parental supervision. The Gen 2 design adds an EZ load feed ramp for the .22 LR cartridge making loading simpler for small hands. A polymer cocking knob and front sight post round out the beginner-friendly controls carried over from the original Crickett design. The synthetic stock is finished with a hydrodipped Desert Storm camo pattern that gives the rifle a rugged grown-up look that appeals to young shooters. Installed swivel studs on the Gen 2 model allow for a sling to be attached right out of the box. At only 2.08 lbs the rifle is light enough for a child to handle and carry comfortably in the field or at the range. The Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 continues a tradition that started in 1996 of introducing new shooters to the fundamentals of firearm safety and marksmanship.
