Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 22 LR 16.13" Single Shot Green

Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 Features The Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 pairs a blued steel 16.13 single-shot barrel with a 1:16 twist rate a combination tuned for the light .22 LR loads most new shooters start on. The drilled and tapped receiver allows a scope or red dot to be added later as the shooter s skills grow extending the rifle s usefulness well past the first few range trips. A two-position crossbolt safety gives an instructor a clear easy-to-check control point during loading and unloading drills. The rebounding firing pin is automatically blocked to help prevent an accidental discharge an important safeguard on a rifle built specifically for young or first-time shooters. The Green with Black Webbing synthetic stock gives this Gen2 model a distinct look while keeping the rifle durable and low maintenance for years of field and range use. The EZ Load feed ramp built into the Gen2 design makes chambering a single round noticeably easier than earlier Crickett models reducing frustration for a shooter still developing fine motor skills. Installed swivel studs come standard so a sling can be added right out of the box for safer carry between shooting positions. At just over 2 pounds and 30 overall the Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 is sized and balanced specifically for a young shooter s first real rifle.
