Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 22 LR 16.1" Single Shot Youth Rifle

Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 Features The Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 is a single-shot bolt-action design chambered in 22 LR purpose-built to teach young shooters safe deliberate firearm handling from their very first shot. The rebounding firing pin is automatically blocked to help prevent accidental discharge adding a layer of safety appropriate for a first rifle. A crossbolt safety gives an additional easy-to-understand point of control for new shooters and the adults supervising them. The blued 16.1 barrel with a 1:16 twist is sized and weighted for smaller hands and shorter arms making the rifle easier to shoulder and aim accurately. Generation 2 models like this one add the EZ Loader feed ramp simplifying the process of loading a single round compared to earlier Crickett rifles. Installed swivel studs allow a sling to be attached right out of the box useful for carrying the rifle safely between shooting positions. The fixed synthetic stock in blue with gold webbing gives the rifle an eye-catching look that appeals to young shooters while remaining durable for regular range use. At roughly 2 lbs and under 3 lbs overall the Crickett My First Rifle Gen2 is light enough for a child to handle confidently while learning the fundamentals of marksmanship.
