DWM Model 1904 8mm Mauser 24" Bolt Action Rifle

The Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) Model 1904 Rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser with a 24" barrel is universally recognized by military surplus collectors as the Portuguese Mauser-Vergueiro Model 1904/39. Designed by Portuguese infantry officer Jos Alberto Vergueiro and manufactured by DWM in Berlin, these rifles are highly respected hybrid service weapons that bridge the gap between traditional Mausers and Mannlicher-style configurations.
