**Ruger has recently updated their design for short action Ruger Precision Rifles. We are currently working on updated parts to accommodate their new firing pin design. Below is a picture of the new design (left) and the older (right) . If your short action RPR firing pin has the newer design (left), our aftermarket firing pins, and cocking pieces are not yet compatible. Please check back in a few weeks for compatible parts for the new design. (All Magnum aftermarket parts are still compatible with the Magnum RPR)** The Ruger Precision Rifle Firing Pin and Shroud Retainer is a complete replacement for the RPR. This is a must have for all PRS and competition shooters. The factory shroud retainer has the possibility to fail after 1800 to 2500 rounds.
