Description
The Ed Brown Kobra Carry KC18 is a compact 1911-platform semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP, built for concealed carry buyers who want a shorter pistol without giving up the reliability associated with a full-size 1911. It has a stainless steel construction with a matte silver finish.
The pistol features a 4.25-inch barrel and slide, a 7-round magazine capacity, and a fiber optic front sight paired with a fixed rear sight. It weighs 2.19 pounds. The frame uses Ed Brown's BobtailA housing, which reduces the projecting mainspring housing to limit printing under clothing while retaining full-size frame and magazine capacity. The grip is finished with a directional snakeskin texture.
