This rifle is a highly collectible, vintage firearm known for its exceptionally smooth operation and sleek craftsmanship. It features a hammerless, pump-action design and a tubular magazine that holds roughly 11 rounds. It is a "takedown" model, meaning it can be easily separated into two pieces for transport by turning a single coin-slot screw. It can chamber and cycle .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle cartridges. FN Herstal produced roughly 150,000 units. Due to trade agreements, very few were imported into the United States until the 1970s, making them quite rare and sought after collectors.
