The GG&G M1A Scout Scope Mount is a Picatinny rail mount for scout-style optic setups on the M1A Scout Squad and SOCOM 16 with a cutout handguard. It installs into the factory handguard cutout without gunsmithing and provides a 7-inch rail for flexible optic placement.
The mount is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a black finish and a low, streamlined profile. A large channel machined into the rail allows iron sights to remain usable with the optic mounted.
