Description
The Griffin Armament CAM-LOK Piston is a QD piston designed to convert compatible suppressors to a CAM-LOK mounting interface for Browning style action tilt barrel pistols. It is intended to replace legacy direct thread pistons with a faster, more repeatable attachment method.
The piston is machined from H900 heat treated 17-4 stainless steel and uses three mounting positions spaced 120 degrees apart. An internal taper locks into matching CAM-LOK barrel adapters, which is intended to reduce baffle and end cap strikes caused by misalignment. It is listed as fitting the AAC Tirant-45/M and is designed to match the total system weight of legacy direct thread pistons.
Barrel adapters are sold separately and must be CAM-LOK compatible.
