The Griffin Armament Taper Mount Closed Tine Flash Hider interfaces with Taper mount suppressors (Recce 5, Recce 7, ET2, ET3, Paladin5, Paladin 7, Bushwhacker .36, Bushwhacker .46, Optimus, Plan A Plan A L/XL, as well as the Taper Mount Blast Shield. The Taper Mount Closed Tine Flash Hider provides enhanced flash suppression performance vs A2 compensators, especially on short barrels. The closed tines will not snag on thick vegetation. A 3-position wire cutter was added to the front of the unit, to support breaching hasp locks and wire obstacles as well as the clearing of urban concrete loopholes (clearing rebar after using a sledgehammer). CNC machined from a solid bar of heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, the Taper Mount Closed Tine Flash Suppressor is built to last.
