Description

The Henry U.S. Survival AR-7 is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle designed for portability and simple operation. Its design traces back to the AR-7 adopted for U.S. Air Force aircrew survival kits, and it is intended for backcountry use such as bush flying, backpacking, and hunting small game.

The rifle is chambered in 22 LR and feeds from an 8-round capacity. It has a stainless steel barrel of 16.13 inches, a steel receiver, and a synthetic stock. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights are fitted, and the rifle is right-handed, black, and weighs 3.5 pounds. Overall length is 35 inches.

When the components are stowed, the rifle is compact enough to carry in a pack or stow in a vehicle or boat. The pieces disassemble to fit inside the stock.
