When Henry Repeating Arms brought out the first Original Henry rifle as an all-American-made re-introduction of Benjamin Tyler Henry's classic brass-framed 1860 lever action design, the reception was so positive that they got right to work on an "iron-framed" version, and that in turn led to two nicely engraved special editions as limited-run One-Of-1,000 offerings, both in brass frames. The first sold out almost immediately. Building on the Original Henry's specs, the Silver Engraved Deluxe still features a 24.5a ^2 blued steel octagonal barrel, a full-length 13-round split magazine with external follower, a rotating barrel collar for front-end loading, a presentation-grade American Walnut stock and a distinctive crescent buttplate with the cleaning rod trapdoor.
