Description
The HEXMAG HX Shorty is a 20-round polymer magazine for AR-15 pattern rifles, chambered for 223 Remington, 5.56x45mm NATO and 300 Blackout. Its olive drab green finish matches common military-style builds.
The magazine uses redesigned feed lip geometry intended to improve strength and feeding, stripper clip guides for faster loading, and a deep catch pocket for a secure fit in the magazine well. A heat-treated stainless steel spring is fitted for long-term storage. The floorplate removes without tools for field cleaning.
The magazine is compatible with the Hexmag Grip Tape and the SENTRY HexID color ammunition identification system, which allows the floorplate color to be customized.
