Howa M1500 Superlite Gen2 7mm-08 Rem 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Howa M1500 Superlite Gen2 Features The Howa M1500 Superlite Gen2 pairs a matte blue finished action with a 20 inch threaded barrel chambered in 7mm-08 Rem cut with a 1-in-9.5 twist rate to stabilize a wide range of factory bullet weights for deer and similar game. A two-stage match trigger gives a crisp consistent break that lets the shooter extract the rifle s full accuracy potential without a heavy or gritty pull working against them. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle makes the rifle suppressor-ready out of the box useful for hunters who want reduced report and recoil in the field whether shooting from a stand or still-hunting through timber. A three-position thumb safety allows safe carry and quick quiet operation when game appears letting a hunter move from safe to ready without a fumbled motion. The HS Precision synthetic stock finished in Gray with black webbing keeps the rifle at just 4.9 pounds for easy carry over long hunts without sacrificing a stable shooting platform and the textured webbing improves grip control in wet or cold conditions. A flush detachable magazine holds 3 rounds and sits cleanly against the stock rather than hanging below it protecting the feed lips and keeping the rifle s profile snag-free while moving through brush. The reliable M-16 style extractor and ejector keep the action feeding and ejecting smoothly across a range of factory ammunition adding a measure of dependability hunters can count on in the field. For hunters who want a lightweight dependable 7mm-08 Rem rifle backed by Howa s sub-MOA accuracy guarantee the Superlite Gen2 delivers a well-rounded package that performs as well on the range as it does on a mountain hunt.
