IWI Galil Ace Gen II 7.62x39mm 16" 30-Round Rifle

IWI Galil Ace Gen II Features The IWI US Galil Ace Gen II is built on a gas piston operating system chambered in 7.62x39mm drawing design inspiration from both the AK-47 and the Finnish Valmet RK 62 platforms. The 16 inch barrel is chrome lined steel with a black nitride finish and a 1 in 9.45 inch twist rate topped with a flash suppressor to manage muzzle signature. A side folding length adjustable buttstock allows the rifle to collapse to a more compact 36 inch overall length or extend to 39.25 inches for a proper cheek weld. The left side thumb safety selector works alongside a right side AK style safety lever giving shooters true ambidextrous control over the weapon. A Picatinny top rail runs the length of the receiver for mounting optics while an M-LOK handguard provides attachment points for lights lasers and other accessories. The receiver is finished in Flat Dark Earth paired with a black synthetic stock and a Flat Dark Earth polymer grip for a distinctive two tone appearance. Handguard and stock mounted QD sling sockets give users flexible sling attachment options for different carry methods. At 8.12 pounds and feeding from a 30 round AR-10 pattern magazine this Galil Ace Gen II is a rugged configurable rifle suited to both tactical use and recreational shooting.
