Description
The Kel-Tec PLR-16 is a gas-operated, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and 223 Remington, built on the AR-15 platform. It is intended for silhouette shooting and hunting, and it uses the Johnson/Stoner breech locking system.
