Description
The Kestrel 5700 Elite Applied Ballistics LINK is a handheld weather meter and ballistics solver for long-range shooting. It measures current atmospheric conditions and uses them to calculate bullet drop and wind drift out to the transonic and subsonic portion of the bullet's flight.
The unit has a larger, higher-resolution display with a built-in dual-color backlight, a polycarbonate lens, and AA battery operation. The raw input describes the case as drop-proof, dust-proof, and waterproof, and it pairs with the free Kestrel LiNK Ballistics app on iPhone or Android to build and manage ballistic profiles.
The meter is black. It is a next-generation successor to the Kestrel 4500 with Applied Ballistics.
