Lancer Systems LCH7 Mirage Shield Cover Carbon Fiber 7.75

Lancer Systems LCH7 Mirage Shield Cover Features The Lancer Systems LCH7 Mirage Shield Cover is built from carbon fiber and sized for a 7.75 inch overall length with a 2.18 inch internal diameter giving it clearance for a range of suppressor shapes and sizes. Its core function is to shield the shooter s sight picture from mirage the heat distortion that rises off a hot suppressor during live fire and can visibly warp the image through an optic at distance. Vent slots built into the cover allow heat to dissipate rather than building up inside the shield. The quick attach and detach clamping mechanism is compatible with all Lancer Systems LCH5 carbon fiber handguards making installation and removal fast when switching configurations. The clamp can be installed in either a right or left handed orientation and repositioned across eight different rotational settings giving each shooter the ability to dial in the exact placement that suits their grip and stance. A user adjustable lever tension setting lets the shooter fine tune how securely the cover clamps onto the handguard ensuring it stays put through recoil without being difficult to remove. The LCH7 size specifically offers a slightly larger overall grip clearance than the standard size accommodating certain larger diameter suppressors such as Surefire style cans while still keeping a clean seamless aesthetic alongside the LCH5 handguard. This cover is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for precision shooters who rely on a clear undistorted sight picture.
