LANTAC AR-15 Rear Takedown Pin Removal Tool

The LANTAC Installation, Removal Tool allows easy removal of standard takedown pins without having to un-stake and/or remove the castle nut and end plate. Notes:With the rear takedown pin fully extended, insert the RTT into the detent channel. Making sure that the USA symbol is facing downwards. Slide the pin back into the receiver. The detent will slide up the ramp on the RTT. Rotate the pin. The detent will now be positioned on the outer diameter of the takedown. A pivot pin can be pushed through the other side of the receiver at the same time as the takedown is removed. This will retain the detent in place ready for an upgrade takedown pin to be installed.
