LANTAC Ultimate AR-15 Takedown Pin Set Titanium Nitride

The LANTAC Ultimate Takedown Pin Set is a titanium nitride finished replacement for the AR-15 pivot pin, allowing the pin to be installed and removed without a tool. The pins use a ramped groove that holds the detent in place during installation, and a second ramp that gives access to the retaining slot at 90 degrees to the groove.

The pins are made from stainless steel, precision machined and finished in a gold titanium nitride color. The heads are aggressively crenulated for improved grip. The set ships with a 3D printed rear pin removal tool.

The set fits the AR-15 pivot pin takedown configuration. The raw listing also notes that the pin can be used to disable a lower receiver by moving the front pivot pin to the rear takedown hole, which prevents an upper from being fitted.
