Description
The LaserLyte Laser Cartridge Trainer and Bore Sight is a 223 Remington dummy cartridge with two interchangeable end caps, one for bore sighting and one for dry fire training. It is intended for sighting in iron sights, laser sights, and optics without a trip to the range, and for practicing shot placement with compatible targets.
The bore sight cap is constant on and emits a laser down the bore for alignment with scopes, red dots, iron sights, or laser sights. The trainer cap is firing pin activated and emits a red laser for a split second each time the hammer or striker falls, showing the point of impact. The cartridge is chambered for 223 Remington and listed as compatible with 5.56x45mm NATO. Batteries are included.
The cartridge drops into the chamber without damage and aligns to the bore. The gold-colored body is the only finish listed for this model.
