Lucas Oil Extreme Duty CLP is a solvent-based aerosol gun cleaner that cleans, lubricates and protects firearms in a single application. It is intended for firearms and is designed to dissolve powder residue, old lubrication and other contaminants, and to penetrate rust to help free rusted parts and actions on neglected guns.
The formula includes anti-wear additives meant to reduce friction and wear, and it leaves a waterproof film intended to resist blow-out. A drying agent is included so the finish dries without a gummy residue. The product is packaged as an 11 oz aerosol can.
