Magpul Hunter Lite Stock Remington 700 Short Action Black

The Magpul Hunter Lite Remington 700 Short Action is a hunting stock made for Remington 700 rifles and Remington 700-pattern rifles chambered in short-action calibers. It is a slimmed-down version of the original Hunter stock, intended to reduce weight and make the rifle easier to carry and handle in the field.

The stock is reported to weigh almost 25% less and to have a forend almost 25% narrower than the original Hunter 700 stock. Receiver support comes from an extruded aluminum V-bedding block with reinforced steel pillars, which is meant to help consistency and resist compression and deformation when firing. The stock is finished in black.

The stock can be configured for right-handed or left-handed shooters by swapping the included inserts.
