Mec-Gar Officer 1911 45 ACP 6-Round Blued Steel Magazine

The Mec-Gar Officer is a 6-round blued carbon steel magazine for 45 ACP handguns on the 1911 platform, listed as fitting the 1911 Compact. It is intended as a replacement or spare magazine for compatible pistols.

The magazine body is made from carbon steel, and the finish is blued. The spring is high tensile spring wire with reinforced coils and stiffening folds to add thrust. The base is a fiber-filled nylon or heat-treated steel base, depending on the design.

Mec-Gar produces magazines that other firearm makers sell under their own brand names, and this listing is one of its standard 1911 magazines. Confirm the fit against your specific pistol model before purchase.
