Midwest Industries AK Picatinny End Plate Adaptor Tang Black

Midwest Industries AK Picatinny End Plate Adapter Features The Midwest Industries Picatinny End Plate Adapter installs on AKM pattern rifles with an internal receiver width of 32mm adding a Mil-Spec 1913 rail directly below the standard stock tang. This rail allows owners to mount a wide range of 1913 style fixed or side folding stocks in place of the stock the rifle shipped with. Steel tension blocks built into the adapter help it maintain a snug rattle free fit on the receiver once installed which matters for a part that carries the weight of the entire stock assembly. Installation can typically be completed in 15 minutes or less with the proper tools. Machined from 6061 hardcoat anodized aluminum the adapter is built to resist the wear and corrosion that come with regular use on a hard-recoiling AK platform rifle. Midwest Industries backs the part with a lifetime warranty reflecting confidence in its long-term durability. Some gunsmithing may be required depending on the specific AKM variant being modified so owners should be prepared for light fitting work. Made in the USA this adapter is a solid option for AK owners who want to move away from fixed furniture and toward a modern adjustable stock setup and it is available for sale at ARMSAGORA.
