The Midwest Industries MCTAR-06 is a front sling adapter with an integrated swivel, designed to attach a sling to a Picatinny rail on a firearm's handguard. It gives a sling a secure forward attachment point for custom sling setups.
The adapter is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in a matte black hardcoat anodized coating. It uses a Picatinny rail clamp mount and accepts slings in the 1 to 1.25 inch width range.
