MATERIAL construction is thin but durable; so when fastener is installed around your molle strap it does not provide unnecessary bulkiness and the fastener appears as though it was orinally part of your Molle system.
SIZE: Length - 3.125" wraps perfectly around a standard Molle strap : When installed; Fastener Provides an approximate 1.57"x1.25" Loop pad to attach your hook backed patches.
ATTACH MORE fasteners on additional molle straps to attach larger Patches: Example: a standard 2"x3" patch attaches securely using up two side by side molle straps with a fastener on each strap. - Refer to product images
