Mossberg 500 Shotgun, 12 Gauge, 22″ Barrel

The Mossberg 500 is an incredibly prolific, American-made pump-action shotgun renowned for its rugged mil-spec heritage and extreme versatility. While the standard hunting versions typically employ 26-inch or 28-inch barrels, a 12-gauge configuration pairing a 22-inch barrel serves as a highly maneuverable, fast-handling specialty platform. This intermediate barrel length strikes a balance between compact home-defense setups and full-length field guns, making it highly favored for turkey hunting, tight woodland brush environments, and youth or "Bantam" configurations.
