Description
The Mossberg Patriot is a right-handed bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC, sold as a bundle with a Vortex 3-9x40 scope. It is intended for big game hunting and longer-range shooting. The rifle uses an adjustable LBA trigger system, a spiral fluted bolt for smoother cycling, and a threaded barrel for attaching a suppressor or muzzle device.
The 24-inch barrel has a 1-in-8 twist rate suited to stabilizing heavier 7mm PRC projectiles. The rifle has a 3-round capacity, a synthetic black stock, a matte blue finish, and an overall length of 44.75 inches. Listed weight is 7.5 pounds, and the rifle has no iron sights, so the included optic is the sighting system.
