Noveske Infidel 5.56 13.7" Threaded Barrel Silver

Noveske Infidel Barrel Features The Noveske Infidel barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel with a 1:7 twist rate giving it the versatility to reliably stabilize a wide range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights. Each barrel is fitted with Noveske s hand-polished proprietary match chamber a process aimed at smoothing feeding and reducing chamber-related accuracy variation compared to a standard reamed chamber. Extended hand-polished feed ramps further ease the transition from magazine to chamber over sharper factory ramps found on many mil-spec barrels. At 13.7 inches with an M4-style barrel extension the Infidel splits the difference between compact maneuverability and the ballistic advantages of a longer barrel. A mid-length gas system paired with a pinned .750 inch low-profile gas block produces a softer recoil impulse and more consistent cycling than shorter carbine-length systems on comparable barrel lengths. The bead-blasted silver finish helps resist heat discoloration during sustained firing strings while giving the barrel a distinctive look. Noveske includes a headspaced bolt matched specifically to this barrel along with a gas tube sized to the mid-length system simplifying assembly for builders working with their own upper receiver. Threaded 1/2x28 for standard AR-15 muzzle devices the Noveske Infidel barrel gives builders a proven individually serialized option for a 13.7 inch 5.56 NATO build.
