Description
The Otis Technology Pierce Point Jag is a brass cleaning jag made for 9mm bore cleaning rods. Its caliber-specific sizing is intended to seat the patch against the rifling for even cleaning, and its pointed tip keeps the patch centered as it is pushed through the barrel.
The jag is machined from solid brass, which is softer than steel and is intended to avoid scratching the bore or crown. It has an 8-32 threaded base to fit cleaning rods that use that thread standard. The pointed design also lets a spent patch fall away cleanly at the muzzle.
