It features a 2.2x base magnification and 2-8x digital zoom magnification that enlarges the target. With a 7.0degreesx7.0degrees field of view (FOV) you have a great sense of where the target is in relation to the environment. Resolution of the IPS display is 800x800 (true round display) and backs up the 640x512 thermal sensor allowing the Ocelot OC6-50/LRF to sense targets at up to 5000m. With a next generation vanadium oxide sensor pixelation of 12m (micrometers) 50Hz refresh rate and a Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) of ?20mK you get an extremely sensitive device that performs even when environmental thermal contrast is low at great distances. The Ocelot OC6-50/LRF offers six thermal image display options four reticle colors six reticle styles and three independent scene modes to adapt to varying environmental conditions and user preferences. The 18650 removable/rechargeable battery provides up to 5 hours of use and can operate in temperatures between -22degrees and 131degrees F. Conveniently carry a couple extra rechargeable batteries to avoid having to ever leave the field due to dead batteries. The Ingress Protection (IP) factor rates at an industry leading IP67 providing 100percent security against dust and submersion in up to 3ft of water.
