Pro-Shot Brass Wrap & Spear Tip Jag .22 / 5.56mm / .223 Gold

Pro-Shot Brass Wrap and Spear Tip Jag Features The Pro-Shot Brass Wrap and Spear Tip Jag is built from solid brass and sized specifically for .22 caliber 5.56mm and .223 caliber bores. The spear tip shape helps center the jag as it enters the bore which keeps a patch tracking evenly across the full length of the rifling. The wrap-style head secures a cleaning patch firmly preventing it from bunching or slipping off during a cleaning stroke. This precise fit gives AR-15 and .22 rimfire owners a consistent controlled cleaning pass every time. Because the jag is made of brass rather than a harder metal it will not mar or scratch the bore of a .223 or 5.56 rifle over repeated use. It threads onto any standard cleaning rod so it integrates easily into an existing cleaning kit without requiring a dedicated rod. The caliber-specific sizing means solvent and oil get applied consistently rather than loosely which matters for maintaining accuracy in a precision AR-15 build. This jag is a practical affordable tool for anyone who regularly cleans a 5.56 .223 or .22 caliber firearm.
