Pro-Shot Brass Wrap & Spear Tip Jag .30 Cal / .308 Cal / 7.62 Gold

Pro-Shot Brass Wrap and Spear Tip Jag Features The Pro-Shot Brass Wrap and Spear Tip Jag is machined from solid brass specifically to fit .30 caliber .308 caliber and 7.62mm bores. The spear tip shape centers the jag in the bore and helps start a patch evenly so solvent and oil get distributed across the full rifling surface rather than concentrated in one spot. The wrap style head lets a cleaning patch be folded and seated firmly which keeps the patch from slipping off mid-stroke. This design gives shooters a consistent controlled pass through the barrel on every cleaning session. Brass construction means this jag will not damage or scratch the rifling the way a lower quality material might protecting the accuracy of a precision .30 caliber rifle over years of use. It threads onto a standard cleaning rod making it compatible with most existing cleaning kits without needing a specialty rod. Because it is sized specifically for .30 cal .308 and 7.62 bores shooters get a precise fit rather than a generic universal jag. This makes it a worthwhile addition for anyone maintaining a .308 Winchester 7.62x51 or 7.62x39 rifle.
