Description
The Shooters Choice Pierce Point Jag is a brass cleaning jag made for .30 caliber bores. Its pointed pierce design keeps the cleaning patch centered as it travels down the barrel, reducing bunching or sliding off center during a pass. The patch falls away easily once the jag exits the muzzle.
The jag is machined from solid brass to avoid scratching the bore or crown during repeated cleaning. It uses an 8-32 thread pattern, so it fits standard cleaning rods. The article lists compatibility with .30-06, .30-30, .303, .308, .300 Blackout, .300 Win Mag and 7.62x39 cartridges.
