Proof Research Elevation FDX MTR Features The Proof Research Elevation FDX MTR pairs a Falkor LW7 action with a 20 inch carbon fiber Sendero contour barrel in a 1:7.5 twist to stabilize heavy 6.5 PRC bullets for extended range precision. The TriggerTech trigger provides a crisp repeatable break that lets shooters place shots confidently at distance. The Salmon River Solutions SRS Combo Rail forend offers seamless compatibility with both ARCA and Picatinny mounting systems giving shooters flexibility for bipods and other accessories in the field or on the range. A 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a suppressor or muzzle brake and ships with a thread protector installed. The carbon fiber MTR stock features a slightly raised comb and near vertical pistol grip designed to promote a more natural shooting position and better control behind the rifle in both prone and field positions. Hawkins Precision M5 Hunter bottom metal feeds from a 3 round Hunter magazine keeping weight down for mountain carry. Finished in a Splinter Flat Dark Earth camouflage pattern the stock blends into a wide range of hunting environments.
