Proof Research Pre-Fit PXT Barrel 22 Creedmoor 22" Stainless for Tikka T3X

Proof Research Pre-Fit PXT Barrel Features The Proof Research Pre-Fit PXT Barrel is machined and chambered specifically for a direct pre-fit installation onto the Tikka T3X action removing the need for custom gunsmithing or headspacing. Chambered in .22 Creedmoor the barrel is built for shooters pursuing the flat trajectories and reduced recoil that this fast accurate cartridge is known for. A 1:8 twist rate stabilizes the bullet weights typically run in .22 Creedmoor supporting consistent accuracy at extended distances. At 22 inches the barrel length balances velocity gains against overall rifle handling for a well-rounded precision setup. A stainless steel finish gives the barrel strong corrosion resistance important for shooters who train and compete in a variety of weather conditions. The threaded 5/8x24 muzzle accepts a suppressor or muzzle brake letting shooters further manage recoil and report for more comfortable extended range sessions. Weighing 2 pounds 10 ounces the barrel provides the stiffness precision shooters expect from Proof Research while remaining practical for a hunting or competition rifle build. The Proof Research Pre-Fit PXT Barrel for Tikka T3X is a direct upgrade path for sale at ARMSAGORA for shooters looking to modernize their Tikka rifle with minimal hassle.
