RCBS Steel Neck Bushings are self-centering, changeable neck bushings, which allow you to precisely set your bullet tension when using RCBS Gold Medal Match Series dies. Prolong case life and extend increased accuracy. You'll need to pair these bushings with high-end brass that has consistent neck thickness. Measure proper neck mushing size by measuring the outside neck diameter of a loaded cartridge and subtract .002-.003". You can also measure the neck wall thickness, multiply that by 2, add the bullet's diameter, and subtract .001". Having neck bushings 1-2 sizes above and below your target diameter is recommended.
