This sling attachment loops over to your duty sling and comes out of the way with almost no noise. That's because the release mechanism is built into the QD Attachment. Simply press the button and it releases just as quickly as it was engaged. To use the loop on your duty weapon simply heat the push button and then insert it into the loop. After use simply heat the loop by inserting the safety pin and pulling on the loop firmly to fully engage the sling loop.
