Remington Handgun Cleaning Mat 20" Green

Remington Cleaning Mat Features The Remington Cleaning Mat is designed around an absorbent top surface that traps and holds up to eight times its own weight in fluids keeping solvents oils and cleaning agents from pooling or spreading. A non-slip vinyl bottom forms a barrier beneath that absorbent layer preventing any spilled fluid from soaking through onto the workbench or table underneath. The plush surface material also helps stop small parts like pins screws and springs from rolling away and getting lost during disassembly. Rounded corners give the mat a finished look while heavy-duty double-stitched edges are built to hold up to years of repeated harsh use. At 20 inches by 15 inches overall with a 14 by 15 inch cleaning pad area the mat offers enough working space for handguns rifle actions or disassembled components laid out side by side. The soft acrylic surface material is gentle enough that it won t scratch firearms optics or other valuables set down during cleaning. Because the mat is fully machine-washable and dryable it can be cleaned and reused indefinitely rather than replaced after it gets dirty. Beyond firearm maintenance the Remington Cleaning Mat also works well for other small detail jobs like reel repair or toy assembly.
