Description
The Reptilia DOT Mount Offset is a side-mounted secondary sighting mount for the Aimpoint ACRO and Steiner MPS enclosed miniature red dot sights. It attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail and positions the optic at a 50-degree angle from vertical, allowing the shooter to roll the rifle and acquire the secondary red dot for close-range engagements without removing or adjusting the primary optic. The mount is reversible for left or right side mounting.
The mount is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a MIL-STD Type III hardcoat anodize in Flat Dark Earth. The hardcoat finish is applied to the aluminum surface itself, giving it abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is made in the USA.
