It elevates these optics to a more ergonomic level for use with helmet-mounted night vision or for those who prefer a more upright shooting stance. Crafted from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized finish, the RMU mount attaches seamlessly to any M1913 picatinny rail. It provides an optimal sight placement by raising the height by .625 inches. The spring-loaded nitrided steel clamp and mounting bolt ensure easy installation and maintain a low-profile, anti-snag design by sitting flush with the mount's body.
