The Gunsite Scout action utilizes a controlled-round feed mechanism with a large claw extractor, a fixed-blade ejector, and a 1-piece stainless steel bolt, making it a top choice for facing danger anywhere in the world. The Gunsite Scout rifle features 3 sight options for optimum versatility. The rifle comes with a protected, non glare post front sight, and a ghost ring rear aperture sight, adjustable for windage and elevation. A forward-mounted Picatinny rail allows the attachment of tactical sights with long eye relief. And, the Scout comes with integral scope mounts machined directly on the steel receiver to accept Ruger scope rings (included). A black laminate wood stock provides a stable platform for excellent accuracy, and is impervious to weather. The stock has a rubber recoil pad and three 1/2" spacers that allow optimum fit for various sized shooters or layers of clothing and gear.
